Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are paid through Apple or Google and are cancelled there: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, on Home → "Delete my account". The details are on the Delete account page.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot your password?" and we email you a link.
I am a dispensary: how do I sign up?
In the app, choose "Dispensary", create the account and upload your location's licence. The administration validates it and then you choose your plan.
Does the app tell me what to use or how much?
No. It is educational content: it does not replace medical advice, does not give doses and does not promise results.
