Delete your account
You can delete your Trico Terpenes Finder account at any time.
From the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- On Home, scroll to the end and tap "Delete my account".
- Read what happens, type DELETE and tap "Delete my account forever".
If you no longer have the app
Write to us from your account's email asking us to delete it. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted and when
- At once: the account is closed, you can no longer sign in and you stop receiving notifications; if you were on a dispensary's staff, you leave it.
- After 30 days your email and account, your ratings, your list, your history, your personal section and your VIP requests are deleted for good.
- Only anonymous counts that never held your identity are kept, such as how many searches there were per effect.
- Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription: cancel it from your Apple or Google account too.
